Y41 Series Open-Throat C-Frame Hydraulic Press

The RAXMEK Y41 series provides maximum accessibility and operational flexibility. Its C-frame (gooseneck) design features an open throat, allowing operators to load, position, and unload workpieces easily from three sides, making it ideal for integration into automated assembly lines or manual workstations.

High-Rigidity Frame Construction

The press frame is fabricated from heavy-duty Q345B welded steel plates. After welding, the entire frame undergoes thermal stress relief and vibration tempering to eliminate internal stresses. This prevents structural deflection (springback) under maximum tonnage, ensuring perfect alignment between the ram and the table.

Precision Guide System

The hydraulic ram (slide) is guided by high-precision, wear-resistant brass guides or linear guide rails. This design prevents piston rotation, maintains centering accuracy during eccentric loads, and protects the hydraulic seals from premature wear.

The hydraulic system of the Y41 series utilizes integrated two-way cartridge valve blocks. This modern design replaces traditional threaded pipe connections, significantly reducing the overall piping, minimizing pressure drops, and eliminating potential oil leakage points.

Rapid Response and Smooth Decompression

Cartridge valves offer high flow capacity, rapid response times, and low hydraulic shock. The system features an automatic decompression circuit that slowly releases pressure in the cylinder before the return stroke, preventing hydraulic shock and protecting the cylinder seals.

High-Quality Hydraulic Seals

The hydraulic cylinder is fitted with premium NOK (Japan) or Merkel (Germany) seals. This ensures zero internal oil bypass and maintains constant pressure holding during calibration or assembly operations.

Intelligent Siemens PLC Controls

The machine is controlled by a Siemens PLC integrated with a user-friendly color touch-screen HMI. The operator can easily set, adjust, and monitor pressing parameters, including stroke limits, pressure values, and dwell times.

Adjustable Stroke and Pressure (LVDT)

The ram position is monitored in real time by a high-precision linear transducer (LVDT) with an accuracy of ±0.05 mm. Pressure sensors monitor the hydraulic force. Operators can set the machine to operate in 'Constant Stroke' or 'Constant Pressure' modes, ensuring consistent assembly depth or force.

Diagnostic Alarms & Data Logging

The Siemens HMI displays real-time diagnostic information, status alarms, and troubleshooting guides. It can store multiple product recipes, allowing operators to switch between different part setups instantly.

Industrial-Grade Operator Safety Systems

Dual-Hand Control Buttons

To ensure operator safety, the Y41 press requires a dual-hand start sequence. The operator must press and hold two spaced buttons on the console simultaneously to initiate the downward stroke. Releasing either button instantly halts the ram.

Fast-Response Safety Light Curtains

The front working area is protected by premium safety light curtains. If the light barrier is interrupted during the fast-downward approach of the ram, the hydraulic valves are de-energized immediately, stopping the ram in less than 10 milliseconds.

Mechanical Lock-Up & Emergency Stops

The machine features a physical cylinder locking device for maintenance safety. Multiple emergency stop buttons are placed on the mobile console and the main frame for quick access.
