Bending Force Calculation Formula
To select the right press brake model, determine the required tonnage using this formula:
P = 650S²L / V
- P – Bending pressure (kN)
- S – Material thickness (mm)
- L – Sheet metal length (mm)
- V – Lower die opening width (mm)
- Formula assumes mild steel with tensile strength σb = 450 N/mm²

Payment and Delivery Terms
We offer standard terms: 30% TT deposit to initiate production, and the remaining 70% TT balance before shipment. Delivery lead time for standard press brake models is 35 to 45 days.
