S Series High-Performance Open Fiber Laser Cutter
The RAXMEK S series is the ideal entry-point and production workhorse for modern sheet metal shops. Its open-bed single table layout offers direct, unobstructed access to the cutting zone from three sides, making it extremely easy to load raw sheets and unload finished parts manually or with a gantry crane.
Stress-Relieved Welded Machine Bed
The machine bed is fabricated using heavy-duty steel plates welded into a cellular structure. The bed undergoes a strict thermal annealing process at 600°C followed by furnace cooling and vibration tempering. This removes all internal stresses, ensuring that the bed remains perfectly flat and does not deform over decades of high-speed operation.
Third-Generation Aviation Aluminum Gantry
The gantry is extruded using aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, treated with artificial aging and solution heat treatment. Under a 4300-ton press extrusion, the gantry achieves high strength, extreme rigidity, and low weight, allowing the machine to achieve accelerations up to 1.2G and high positioning speeds without compromising accuracy.

Automatic Focal Adjustment
The machine is equipped with a Raytools (Swiss) or WSX laser cutting head featuring automatic focusing. The CNC controller adjusts the position of the focusing lens automatically based on the material type and thickness, eliminating manual calibration and saving setup time.
Integrated Water-Cooling & Dual-Protection Windows
To withstand high laser power, the cutting head is equipped with integrated water-cooling loops for both the collimating and focusing lenses. Dual protective cover windows (top and bottom) prevent dust and spatter from contaminating the internal optics.
Anti-Collision and Height Tracking
A highly sensitive capacitive sensor in the cutting head maintains a constant distance between the nozzle and the metal plate, even if the plate is warped or uneven. The system features fast anti-collision response to protect the head from damage.
